Right to cancel your order

For non-food goods only, the customer as the right to cancel his order within 14 calendar days in accordance with the article 47 § 1st of the law of the 06/04/2010

Policy of Returns

The return of the non goods must be done within 14 days of the reception and these must return to us in an impeccable, non open and not used, if not no refunding could be made.

NOTE: the return of the goods will be at buyer charge.

If you estimate that there is a problem with the goods which we provided, return us within 14 day of reception.

Expose the problem clearly and we will answer as quickly as possible with an aim of solving this one in a friendly way.

Note that all the goods are dispatched packed well and in perfect condition.

We cannot be held responsible for the climatic conditions as soon as the goods left us.

Safety of Payment

We use PAYPAL for the online payments and at any time we have the details of your credit card/debit card.

There is a minimum amount to order so that your order is valid, this amount is 35€ (without delivery charge).

Policy of Private life

We guarantee that we will not pass to your details to any third party, we hold only your details for the send of your order. We will remove your details of our system to your request at all times.

Information of delivery

We send your orders through the Franch post (Colissimo) or Belgium post (Kilopost) within 5 to 10 business days following the order and if all the goods are in stock.

Bare in mind that saturdays and Sunday are not classified as business days.

If you live in France or Belgium, in general, you should expect to receive your goods within 15 business days as from the moment that you place your order and between 15 and 20 business days if you live in another country of l' EU.

We cannot be held responsible for any delays which can be caused by any third party.

We endeavour to make all our possible to use the best quality ratio/price for the delivery of your order.

The orders will be sent via the Post office of France in Colissimo Suivi or via the post office of Belgium in Kilopost.

Note that all the deliveries will have a tracking number which will be provided to you on request and/or through Paypal.

The delivered prices depend on the total weight of the order.

When the package arrived to the carrier, it becomes the property of the client. Chockies.net is not responsible for any damages, losses or customs charges related thereto.

The final basket will calculate the price for you before your payment.

Policy of severance of stock

If any goods on your order is out of stock, we will hold your order on reserves until the goods are available or we will send your order in 2 times to you if the time of waiting is to long. Unless we have another good which is very close in description and quality with your original request, then, we will send normally the article of substitution with your prior agreement.

Nut information

Because of the broad range of suppliers and manufacturers of whom we deal and the size and the variety with our own possession of stock, we are unable to confirm with the certainty of 100% so particular products make or undoubtedly do not contain a nut or traces of nut product.
